What impact does a divorce have on my will?

A divorce could have an effect on gifts you have specified in your will, or gifts you might have been entitled to under other wills (e.g. your ex-partner's).

So if you are contemplating a divorce, or have just completed a divorce, you need to review your own will, and consider any financial implications that your divorce may have on gifts that you might have previously been entitled to.

What impact does a divorce have on my will?

If you have made a Will* before getting divorced, it is important to review this after your divorce.
